Responsible for growing the forensics, restoration, and building envelope (FRBE) department or office. Responsible for achieving annual FRBE sales, revenue, and profit goals, and continually providing superior service to clients. Act as a project sponsor and/or principal engineer in charge of FRBE projects. Coordinate with other Directors and manage the civil engineering project delivery process, ensuring that corporate standards are being adhered to for all restoration projects. Review and approve civil engineering project proposal budgets and all restoration project deliverables. Coordinate and implement staff scheduling and restoration project management. Provide technical
assistance
and support to all project teams as
required
. Technical environment: structural assessment and design, non-destructive testing, structural strengthening of concrete and steel structures, development of work scopes, repair details, repair procedures, and technical specifications for multiple restoration and rehabilitation projects, managing restoration engineering projects, developing business, developing client base, conducting and overseeing structural evaluations, structural design, field investigation and construction administration, SAP2000, SAFE, Mathcad, ASCE-7, ACI-318, IBC, AISC Manual of Steel Construction, presenting technical topics and sales presentations to clients.
