The Master Data Operator assists with the daily entering and updating of orders along with supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities while working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service. Typical activities are order processing, order maintenance, order updates, and assisting customers with related issues to include sales and problem resolution. The Master Data Operator will be directly responsible for participating in Customer Care ensuring that James Martin Vanities customers are afforded the best possible service, while supporting business and sales initiatives through effective and efficient performance of self.
The Master Data Operator will interact with various Managers from all other department groups to ensure order fulfillment needs are met. The Master Data Operator reports to the Customer Success Manager of James Martin Vanities.
This is a Hybrid role based out of South Bend, IN location, in accordance with our Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2days remote.
Responsibilities- Check and respond to emails from customers regarding new POs received
- Entering of new orders
- Freight quote provision
- Communicate with customers regarding a variety of needs
- ETAs, discrepancies, order status, cancellations, order updates, etc.
- Processing of payments
- Updating and maintenance of current orders
- Maintain files and accurate records as required
- Maintain exceptional customer and sales relations
- Answer incoming customer communications
- Any additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of data entry, or similar experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with accuracy
- Prior Customer Care experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to embrace change
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Industry experience and market knowledge are preferred

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $19.04-
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
