Electrical Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician with expertise in maintaining and repairing machines that create drive shafts for powertrain components. The role involves working on various high-technology equipment, such as balancers, friction welders, snap ring presses, straighteners, CNC lathes, electromagnetic welders, and CNC rolling machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Safely and efficiently assist in the repair of high technology welding and balancing equipment.
+ Install, troubleshoot, and repair plant electrical equipment.
+ Run machine services, including running, hanging, and bending conduit up to 3 and pulling properly sized wire for the required service.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics.
+ Troubleshoot and repair PLC machine controls.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with electrical installs and repairs in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
+ Electrical troubleshooting experience using a meter.
+ Ability to troubleshoot circuits on live machines, including 3 phase, 480 V.
+ Experience with proximity sensors, switches, and relays.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Ownership of personal tools, though no specialty tools are needed.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Journeyman Card.
+ Experience with CNC Benders.
+ Allen Bradley PLC Troubleshooting.

**Work Environment**
This is a manufacturing/production setting where the technician will work on machines all day. Training will occur on the 1st shift for 45-55 days, then transition to the 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 am. Flexibility is required for all shifts, and the facility operates 7 days a week. While overtime on weekends is voluntary, candidates should be available for 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, including two Saturdays and one Sunday per month.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $75649.60 - $75649.60/yr.
