- Experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and codes
- Proficiency in estimating software (eg, ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam etc)
- Ability to reach and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Negotiation and communication a must
