We are seeking skilled and dependable HVAC Technicians with hands-on experience to join our team and support ongoing projects and service contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration)
Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform diagnostics
Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and follow manufacturer instructions
Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local HVAC codes
Complete work orders, service reports, and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicle in good condition
Support emergency service calls and after-hours work, as needed
Requirements:
1 year of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial environments
EPA Universal Certification (preferred but not required )
Valid Drivers License with clean driving record
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and components
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights
Preferred Qualifications:
NATE Certification preferred
Experience with smart thermostat installations and advanced controls
Familiarity with energy-efficient systems or solar integration
Basic electrical or plumbing knowledge a plus
