Job Summary

As our HVAC Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy safe, comfortable living environments year-round. Youll partner with property managers and maintenance supervisors to tackle everything from seasonal tune-ups to emergency repairskeeping our communities running at their best.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues, including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and thermostats
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal systems checks
• Install new HVAC systems and replacing outdated equipment
• Monitor building climate control systems and respond to comfort complaints
• Maintain refrigerant logs and comply with EPA regulations
• Work with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisor to schedule and prioritize service requests
• Keep detailed records of work completed and parts used
• Respond to emergency calls and ensure all work is safe, efficient, and code-compliant

What Youll Get

• Pay: $24 - $32/hour based on experience
• Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)
• Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

What We're Looking For

• EPA Universal or Type II certification required
• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience required
• Solid understanding of HVAC mechanics and electrical basics
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a variety of environments - indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, and all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
