Job Summary
As our HVAC Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy safe, comfortable living environments year-round. Youll partner with property managers and maintenance supervisors to tackle everything from seasonal tune-ups to emergency repairskeeping our communities running at their best.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC issues, including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and thermostats
- Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal systems checks
- Install new HVAC systems and replacing outdated equipment
- Monitor building climate control systems and respond to comfort complaints
- Maintain refrigerant logs and comply with EPA regulations
- Work with Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisor to schedule and prioritize service requests
- Keep detailed records of work completed and parts used
- Respond to emergency calls and ensure all work is safe, efficient, and code-compliant
What Youll Get
- Pay: $24 - $32/hour based on experience
- Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to ~$450 (normally around $200-$300)
- Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)

What We're Looking For
- EPA Universal or Type II certification required
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience required
- Solid understanding of HVAC mechanics and electrical basics
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a variety of environments - indoors, outdoors, tight spaces, and all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- A strong work ethic and ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
