Electrical Foreman

I am partnered with a well-established Electrical Contractor who is looking for an Electrical Foreman to add to their growing team. A Foreman must know the job inside and out, including prints, spec book, change orders, and paperwork. They must stay organized and most importantly, make sure the job is safe and OSHA compliant. Experience in the Electrical Industry is required.

Electrical Foreman position - commercial project experience preferred

Other duties may include:

  • Weekly review of entire pulse of project.
  • Complete Jobsite Punchlist Checklist at the end of phase and at the end of the job
  • Review Owner’s needs and confirm manpower.
  • Complete all paperwork
  • Ensure hard hats, safety glasses and ear protection are worn when/where required.
  • Maintain at job site until requested or at end of job: scope of work, material requisitions, daily logbook, daily job checklist, daily safety checklist, safety report card, jobsite orientation form, meeting minutes, purchase orders, repair tags, specifications, jobsite punch list checklist
  • Ensure subcontractors comply with OSHA and safety meetings/practices.

Preferred Skills

  • First Aid/CPR/AED, Arc Flash, Confined Spaces, Fork Lift, Medium/High Voltage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical Management
  • Ability to use basic Microsoft programs and email
  • Resource and Time Management
  • Knowledgeable in materials, methods and tools.
