Project Manager – Custom Homes & Commercial Multifamily Charlotte, NC | $65K–$200K DOE

Are you ready to take the lead on luxury residential and commercial multifamily projects in the Charlotte area? We’re hiring a Project Manager to drive a major 5-year development initiative, including high-end custom homes and ground-up multifamily construction.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage start-to-finish construction of custom homes and multifamily developments

• Lead project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Oversee cost controls, reporting, and day-to-day problem-solving

• Opportunity to advance into a Senior PM role within your first year (based on performance)

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of construction project management experience

• Proven track record with custom homes and/or commercial multifamily projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
