HVAC Helper $15-18/h starting with set raise!

HVAC Helper Wanted Start ASAP
I am an HVAC contractor in Winter Haven serving the Polk County area and am looking for a reliable, hardworking helper that I can train to run their own truck. We typically do full system change outs but, when work load is low, we do other construction work for local contractors. Some HVAC experience is preferred but not a requirement. Basic hand tools will be provided but you will be responsible if lost.

Schedule & Hours

Part to Full-Time (20-40 hrs/week)
3-5 days a week
7:30 AM to 3:00 PM (with occasional extended days)
Monday-Friday (occasional work on Saturdays)

Pay

$15/hr (entry-level)
$18/hr (2+ years experience)
$2/hr increase at 90 days
$2/hr increase at 180 days
Contractor Role (1099), paid weekly
