Project Manager / Estimator – Earthwork & Utilities

We are a sitework construction company specializing in commercial and residential earthwork and utility projects. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to lead and manage projects from bid through completion.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare bids for earthwork and utility construction projects.

• Manage day-to-day project activities including scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and site oversight.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

• Maintain strong communication with clients, engineers, and field crews.

• Track project costs, changes, and documentation.

• Conduct site visits and monitor job progress.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing and estimating commercial and residential sitework projects.

• Strong understanding of earthwork, stormwater, water/sewer utilities, and grading.

• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
