Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Install/Replace Commercial and Residential HVAC equipment
Maintain good working order of company vehicle
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer
Work with entry-level installers to coach and mentor
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years Commercial Install field experience
Highest level of understanding of HVAC
Expected to work in various conditions
Able to use extension ladder
Housecall Pro experience preferred
Candidates must be able to pass the following pre-employment requirements:
Background Check
Drug Screening
Valid Driver's License and driving record from a risk management perspective.
