Laser Welder Job description Deburrer Technician needed for Agawam

Must have with experience with inspection, deburring small parts and
microscope experience. Previous knowledge of finishing and inspecting
components to meet tight aerospace and medical standards. Key
Responsibilities: Perform detailed deburring of small metal parts using
hand tools, rotary tools, and other precision equipment Use microscopes
to inspect and ensure quality finishes meet strict standards Follow
standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and travelers
Detect and correct finish defects; communicate quality concerns to
leadership Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment Partner
with team members to improve deburring processes and tooling Track work
performed and manage tool/supply inventory as needed Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Deburr Technician, especially working with small,
high-precision parts Skilled in using deburring tools, magnification
equipment, and microscopes Strong attention to detail with a consistent
focus on quality Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and
part specifications Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
for continuous improvement Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule: 1st shift 7am-3:30pm. Full time, Long term until end of
