Lead Concrete Finisher / Foreman Residential Slabs & Foundations

Were a small, fast-growing concrete company in Tampa Bay focused on residential slabs, driveways, and foundations. Were hiring a dependable, experienced finisher who can run jobs, train others, and lead with calm under pressure.

What Youll Do:
Layout forms, rebar, and grades (monolithic and stem wall)

Direct and work alongside 12 laborers

Pour and finish (broom, trowel, edge, joint) with quality

Keep the jobsite clean, on schedule, and within budget

Communicate clearly with owner and subs

Train helpers and lead by example

What Were Looking For:
5+ years finishing experience with residential slabs or foundations

Can lead a full job start to finish

Calm under pressure and in the Florida heat

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Always on time, dependable, and professional

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Pay & Perks:
$250$275/day depending on experience and output

W2 pay

Bonuses for speed + no-call-back performance

All tools and equipment provided
