HVAC Installer / Technician Needed

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling equipment.
Troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Operate company vehicles safely while transporting equipment and tools to job sites.
Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role.
Ability to perform equipment repairs as needed.
Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HVAC design principles and installation techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
