HERO Heating & Air is looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and experienced Residential Jr. HVAC Service Technicians for Walton, Barrow and Gwinnett County in a 20- mile radius centered around Dacula Ga. $41,600 base pay guaranteed paid weekly direct deposit.
Position Summary:
To provide maintenance, simple diagnostics/repairs and report findings to senior team when needed as well as support and assist on more major repairs for the team. The goal is to learn to provide diagnostic and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience and do less maintenance and move towards more diagnostic and repair work as growth and skills allow. Required Qualifications / Achievements:
Must have valid Georgia Driver's License and have clean driving record for at least the past three years. The driving record (MVR) will be checked prior to employment and must be acceptable to our insurance company.
Must pass pre-employment background check, including drug test.
Demonstrate accurate knowledge of service tools and testing devices
Demonstrate ability to perform routine preventative maintenance on residential systems according to HERO standards and utilize team for questions for assistance to ensure quality.
Demonstrate ability to use current iPad technology for communications and field reporting
Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications
Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
Desired Qualifications / Achievements:
1+ years field experience
High School Diploma
EPA Certified
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Follow instructions from supervisor and/or dispatch team
Communicate regularly with customers and the dispatch team in a friendly and efficient manner
Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
Complete all service-related forms properly
Track inventory properly
Basic knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques
