Pay: $65,000-80,000/year (DOE)
Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
Training out of town before working in Urbandale branch
Project Manager Job Description:
- Cost estimation of building materials (structural and steel)
- Analyze project requirements for industrial and residential projects
- Evaluate blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Speak with clients regarding what theyre looking for
- Review project plans
- Maintaining records
- Inspect risk assessments
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree as a minimum, Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum 3.5 GPA
- Experience in building construction, construction management, construction technology, and/or engineering
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
