Project Engineer

An environmental engineering company in San Diego is looking for a water/wastewater engineer to join their team! This mid-level civil engineer will help with project planning, design, and construction of projects in the San Diego area. They will work on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and prepare cost estimates for various water projects. The role will supervise/coordinate with staff engineers, drafters, and technicians related to the projects.

Masters degree in Environmental Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 6-12 years of water project experience
- Experience includes water treatment facilities, water transmission/distribution projects, water storage, groundwater wells, and master planning
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in Texas or the ability to obtain within six months
Must have demonstrated experience in the design and construction phase of small, medium, and large sized water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects with full responsibility for budget, schedule, contractual obligations and quality standards
