Construction Superintendent

Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee two active construction projects in Pennsylvania.

• Indiana Area School District, Indiana, PA
• Conemaugh School, Johnstown, PA

• Serve as Constellation's on-site representative for both construction projects
• Maintain project schedules and prevent delays during transition period
• Supervise construction activities and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Provide daily progress reports and project updates
• Manage on-site personnel and resolve construction issues

• Large-scale construction supervision experience (minimum 5+ years preferred)
• Previous experience as Construction Superintendent/Management or similar supervisory role
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
