What Youll Do:
Perform general property maintenance and repairs
Handle plumbing tasks (from minor leaks to more advanced fixes)
Perform basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
Patch drywall, paint, and repair ceilings
Install or repair flooring
Adjust or replace doors and windows
Tackle exterior jobs: landscaping, trash removal, pressure washing
Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions
