Summary of Position:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the center operations and tour planning for the Client program. This position will manage all logistics for tour engagements for both virtual video broadcast and in-person tours. This includes all communications, coordination with internal requests and stakeholders, tour preparations and customizations, surveys, and reporting. For live video broadcasts, they will schedule and manage all practice sessions, pre-and post-meetings, and manage the behind-the-scenes tour execution and collaborate with video tech leads.

Additionally, this role will provide support for the execution and presentation of wireless demos along with supporting tours and events. This includes hosting Executive meetings, high-profile visitors, and customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing the execution of tour operations for the Client program
  • Oversee all aspects of tour operations: calendar, registration, preparations, customizations, security, catering requirements, feedback surveys, and visitor communications
  • Manage tour operation and execution with the Client program team and supporting teams
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and the Events team for the planning and requirements for each event
  • Produce weekly, quarterly dashboards, operational expense reports, and facility or program documentation as needed
  • Assist in the presentation of demonstrations to tour visitors, highlighting technology, key strategies, and leadership
  • Deliver clear, concise, relevant, and accurate content/communications to internal and external audiences on wireless services and technologies
  • Exemplify client brand and how we address customer pain points and drive technology innovation for wireless
  • Deliver the best in class experience for all tours and events with the Client program

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee in this position frequently communicates with other co-workers/clients who have inquiries about the various projects and other needs. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. The employee in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Constantly operate a computer and office machinery such as a calculator, keyboard, copy machine and printer. Frequently moves boxes with equipment weighing up to 25lbs across the building and/or to other offsite buildings for various project needs.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience
  • 5+ Years of Experience

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industry experience as a program or product manager within a technology environment
  • (Desired) Certifications in focused areas such as project management, agile methodologies, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, or any related industry certifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and diplomacy skills required to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts
  • Demonstrate a high level of accountability, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to manage workload and achieve results
  • Cross-functional team (indirect management)
  • Resourceful and fast learner of new technologies and concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
