Project Manager

Were on the hunt for adriven and experienced Project Manager/Estimatorto take the lead on dynamic construction projects from concept to completion. In this pivotal role, youll be the mastermind behind accurate cost estimates, seamless project execution, and top-tier client communication. Youll also play a key role in coordinating asphalt production to ensure every project hits the markon time and on budget.

• Take charge of construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Craft detailed, accurate cost estimates that set the stage for success.
• Keep projects on track with expert timeline and budget management.
• Be the communication hub between clients, engineers, agencies, and internal teams.
• Oversee asphalt production to align with project specs and schedules.

• Proven experience inproject and construction management.
• Strong skills inestimating, budgeting, and reporting.
• A talent forcoordinating teams and timelines.
• Excellentcommunication and leadership abilities.
• A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in scheduling tools and project coordination software.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
