- Ensure systems operate properly, including controls, sensors, and software.
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, guiding others in problem-solving strategies.
- Conduct system maintenance on field controllers, servers, workstations, and associated hardware.
- Identify and communicate technical issues, recommending necessary upgrades, enhancements, or repairs.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide status updates to customers throughout the project.
- Deliver customized training to owners and operators to ensure a smooth transition for system upgrades and service improvements.
- Provide turnkey project delivery on medium to large projects.
- Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.
- HVAC
- Building Automation Controls or BMS
- Advanced expertise in TCP/IP networks, including wireless technologies.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficient in integrating various building automation systems.
- Able to interpret Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical blueprints.
- Experience in managing multiple simultaneous challenges across various disciplines.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Bachelors or Associate degree, Technical/Business School Certificate, or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
- Capable of troubleshooting complex HVAC and building automation system logic.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
