Project Engineer
Job Description

The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of construction projects through effective coordination of design, planning, and execution activities. This role acts as a key liaison between project management teams, on-site personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed with high quality, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Prepare and update digital models for GPS-guided heavy equipment to support precise and efficient field operations.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of project plans.
  • Perform site visits to assess progress, verify adherence to design specifications, and identify any emerging issues.
  • Contribute to the development of bids, proposals, and cost estimates for upcoming projects.
  • Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
  • Monitor and report on key project performance indicators, including timelines, costs, and resource usage.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing project quality and operational efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
