Project Engineer- Construction

About the Role:

Were seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our Milwaukee-based team. As a pivotal contributor to our construction projects, youll collaborate closely with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution from pre-construction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers with document control, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Assist with estimating, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Maintain and monitor project schedules and budgets
  • Track materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
  • Prepare daily reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation
  • Participate in jobsite meetings and coordinate field activities as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in commercial construction preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/hr.
