We are looking for a highly motivated HVAC apprentice/ installer with the desire to work with our small.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential customers.
Service
Trouble Shooting
Equipment replacement
Document all installed equipment upon arrival
Face to Face interaction with customers
Climb ladders, scaffolding and use man lifts to perform work duties
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle
Qualifications:

Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
Positive, upbeat personality with focus on customer satisfaction.
Flexibility to work 810-hour days.
Ability to reach above and below shoulder level.
Ability to withstand extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping to complete or inspect repairs.
Handle repetitive tasks.
Must be able to wear protective gear.
Team player with a GREAT attitude.
Valid driver's license.
