Welders /Fabricator must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic. Candidates who are willing to learn and enjoy challenges as well as learning new skills are encouraged to apply. The following are some of the requirements for all shop positions:

Have reliable transportation
Be punctual
Follow direction and work in a team environment
Read a tape measure
Problem solve
Learn how to operate hand tools, power tools and equipment in a safe manner

Some of the daily tasks for this position are
-Ability to read and interpret prints
-Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
-Forklift driving
-Palletizing and boxing product
-Loading trucks
