*PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS RELEVANT WELDING EXPERIENCE AND ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME POSITION (MONDAY-FRIDAY, POSSIBILITY FOR SATURDAYS FROM TIME TO TIME)*

What Youll Be Doing:
*Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on job requirements
*Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
*Measure and cut materials to exact specifications
*Inspect welds for strength, quality, and precision
*Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly
*Follow all job site and safety protocols at all times

What Were Looking For:
*2+ years of welding experience required
*Solid understanding of welding techniques and equipment
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team
*Comfortable working in industrial, construction, or fabrication settings
*A strong work ethic and a "get-it-done" attitude

Requirements:
*Must be able to pass a welding test (hands-on)
*Must pass any required screenings
*Strong commitment to safety and precision
*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
*Reliable transportation to and from job sites
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
*Must have appropriate work attire and safety footwear
*Must have a good attitude and get along well with others
*Strong work ethic and client commitment is a must!
*Safety-first attitude!
*Must have valid ID/Employment Authorization to prove eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify will be utilized)
