Painter (journeyman)

Seeking an experienced Painter, to spray a patented transparent water-based acrylic on Roofs only, Must have own truck and willing to commute to jobs in the Redding/Anderson/Cottonwood and surrounding area daily. Job requires speaking professionally with customers, climbing up and down ladders, on and off roofs all day long. You will blow dust and debris off roof shingles, repaint vents, fill exposed nails with a roofing sealant, then apply the water-based acrylic product evenly and thoroughly via airless sprayer, finally, clean airless, photograph job performed, clean up job site, communicate with customer, then head to next job. You'll complete 2-3 roofs a day 40 hours a week with optional over time. Must be able to work alone after 2 week training, while having integrity to do the job correctly the first time. We're looking for the highest quality candidate, and happy to increase pay, bonuses etc. for doing quality work and making the work load flow and more efficient, Starting pay is $25/hr weekly pay with direct deposit, with bi-weekly performance bonuses, with weekly gas compensation as well. Required tools, and ladders provided, you just need to bring high quality skills, great attitude, reliable truck and ambition to help grow the company.
