Draftsman Needed to Recreate/Modify Residential Construction Plans

I'm looking for an experienced draftsman or architectural designer to assist with a residential project. I have a full set of existing architectural plans (PDF format) from a prior project, and I need someone to either replicate, adapt, or modify them for a new or similar build.

Scope:
Review full architectural set from previous project
Create new editable CAD files
Include floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
Make updates or adjustments based on new lot, city code, or layout (if needed)
Provide PDF and CAD exports
Must be able to draft from PDF (no CAD source available)

Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
Prior experience with residential construction plans
Ability to match architectural styles and details

Deliverables:
Full CAD files
Printable PDF sets
Optional: 3D exterior if you offer that as a service
