Hiring Framers, carpenters, Forman

Mountain Side Contracting is looking to hire the right candidates for the following positions.

Carpenter apprentice 2 plus years experience.
Carpenter. - ticketed or 4/5 years experience.
Carpenter Forman/ Crew Leader.

Mountain Side Contracting is a Busy All around construction/ carpentry Company.
We build custom homes, do renovations (mostly heavy structural) but a finishing aptitude/ skill is an asset as we do both interior/ exterior finishing.

We can currently use help on an upcoming Forming/ Framing of a Custom home. If framing is your thing we need experienced framers/ a crew leader for some current and upcoming multi family projects.

Doing a Custom high end Premium renovation so Renovation experienced carpenters are welcome as we have more in the pipeline.

Concrete/ forming, architectural.
Remodeling,

Heavy landscape construction/ remodels. Decks, fences pergolas retaining walls.
we have done Camp work/ out of town work/ remote work on islands. With paid travel and accommodation o/t for the right candidate. (we only send guys/ gals who really prove them selves for these jobs.) looking to build some good skillsets for the next out of town job, but for now we have 6-12 months of work in the city.

We are very much a team, so being a team player is important.
We have Health and dental after 3 months. Completion bonuses.
Performance based industry, so pay is based off of skillset/ performance.
Subs welcome if your RELIABLE.
