Competitive Earnings: Annual pay between $70,000.00 and $120,000.00 many of our installers reach $90,000 to $150,000 in their first year.

Your Responsibilities:

Install new HVAC equipment including duct work, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump), and rooftop package units (gas or heat pump).
Take charge on job sites to ensure every installation meets our high standards for quality and safety.
Maintain company vehicles and ensure that all necessary stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment are on board.
Manage job-site scheduling by communicating with dispatch and updating customers on any delays.
Engage with homeowners to understand and address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional sales when appropriate.
Accurately generate customer invoices using our flat rate pricing and process payments on site.
Who Were Looking For:

Experienced: Minimum of 12 years in HVAC installations, with at least two years of leadership experience preferred.
Certified: Must hold EPA Type II or Universal Certification.
Professional: Excellent customer service and communication skills, combined with a solid mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality work.
Reliable: Ability to pass regular drug testing, background checks, and maintain a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Flexible: Willingness to work after-hours on occasion; typical work hours run from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
Work Schedule:

Shifts typically run 8- to 10-hour days, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
Work location is on the road within our designated service area.
