Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Ability to read plans and analyze the most productive way to proceed with a project from start to finish (build a game plan).
Ability to coordinate with Owner/General Contractor/related Subcontractors in order to
maximize our productivity on the project. Keep track of information from the field and summarize jobsite activity on a daily basis.
Ability to create a positive jobsite environment.
Ability to interview potential employees and make hiring decisions.
Ability to order materials.
Ability to keep an OSHA safe jobsite.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Experience in Supervising as well as performing the following Building & Site concrete:
BUILDING Concrete
Building footing layout for trenching.
Set batter boards/string lines for form installation.
Set forms per plans-proper alignment and elevations.
Layout and setting of all embeds.
Install rebar.
Handle inspections.
Order concrete and related pumps.
Concrete placement within required tolerances.
Strip & cleanup after placement.
SITE Concrete
Set string line off grade stakes by others.
Knowledge of ADA requirements.
Set forms, rebar and concrete placement for curb, curb + gutter, sidewalks, ramps, truncated domes, walls and paving.
Place site concrete within industry standards of quality and tolerances.
Strip & cleanup after placement.
