On-call experienced handyman

Looking for a handyman who can assist with minor punch-list items including assembling, painting, breaking down furniture, drilling into walls. Ideally looking for someone who can be on call to assist with our short term rental properties. Small jobs handyman is all we would prefer - if you only do big jobs, we aren't a good fit for you yet.

Responsibilities

Organize & complete assigned project in a timely and effective manner
Be good with understanding the tool that goes for the job
Would ideally like you to be able to handle theses tasks. All or not required but the more, a plus: assemble furniture, break down furniture, painting, masking, fix a broken toilet, repair a broken cabinet or chair or bedframe, having a truck is a plus

Skills

Proven experience as handyman
Experience with hardware tools and electrical
Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems a plus but not required
Basic math skills
Good communication ability
Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
Attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 30 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
On call
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
