Traveling Superintendent – Commercial Construction
gpac is partnered with a mid-sized commercial general contractor specializing in diverse projects ranging from $10M–$50M. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site operations, uphold quality standards, and drive project success across multiple locations nationwide.
Responsibilities:- Oversee job site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise subcontractors, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality control.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with contract documents.
- Travel extensively while maintaining consistency and high standards across projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $10M–$50M.
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and project documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites.
