In this role, eligible candidates will be responsible for sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installations, and modifications in a P145 environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installations, and modifications.

+ Read and interpret engineering drawings to complete tasks.

+ Utilize hand and power tools for various sheet metal tasks.

+ Ensure all work is performed according to industry standards and safety regulations.

+ Maintain and manage your own tools, ensuring they are etched and inventoried.

+ Perform structural modifications on various aircraft types including commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, and corporate jets.

**Essential Skills**

+ 3-5+ years of experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal/Structures.

+ Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installation, and modification.

+ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

+ Experience with various types of aircraft sheet metal work.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience working in MRO, repair stations, P145, and P121 environments.

+ Familiarity with working on commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, and corporate jets.

+ Willingness to work 5+ hours of overtime weekly.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
