General Laborer - Uvalde

Performs tasks involving physical labor.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Load, and unload materials, machinery, or tools.

- Perform physical Labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials

- Load and unload trucks or containers

- Clean or prepare the construction site.

- Operate hand tools, power tools, or simple machinery

- Erect or dismantle tents, scaffolding, braces, or other temporary structures.

- Position, align, or seal structural components using saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

- Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery,

- equipment, or materials.

- Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers

- Must be willing to work as schedule demands.

- Must be able to walk up and down stairs frequently and perform regular bending and standing

- as needed in a daily shift.

- Follow instructions from supervisors or site managers

- Previous Experience in general labor or a related field preferred but not required

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds

- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments

- Basic understanding of safety practices and tools

- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

- Performs other related duties as required.
