Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 3+ years of experience related to electrical facility maintenance
• A valid U.S. driver's license
• An electrical license (Apprentice or Journeyman) is preferable

Schedule | Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Pay | $30 - $37 per hour

Electrician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Electrician to support our facility operations. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment while ensuring all work meets safety and code requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to assess and address electrical service needs.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of client subcontractors performing on-site electrical services.
• Apply critical thinking and technical expertise to diagnose and implement effective solutions for building electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using appropriate tools, and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes.
• Maintain and follow a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule, including but not limited to UPS and PDU systems, emergency generators, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment.
• Complete a variety of corrective maintenance tasks such as replacing ballasts and bulbs, repairing or installing switches, outlets, breakers, and interior/exterior lighting including parking garage systems.
• Monitor and operate the building automation system to ensure optimal equipment functionality and maintain proper temperature conditions throughout the facility.
