The Finisher / Carpenter is responsible for helping finish newly constructed retail display fixtures including prepping fixtures, staining, and applying clear finish. This position is responsible for quality craftsmanship and the timely completion of all projects.

- 7:30 am - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7 am-noon) as required

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prep materials for paint/stain
- Apply (Spray) fixtures to customer color and quality expectations
- Keep inventory and proper levels of needed supplies
- Maintain and keep in good working order/condition all tools and the spray booth
- Additional Duties as assigned.
MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Help repair damaged fixtures.
- Support for pulling/returning fixtures for events and installs
- Travel for installs and shows as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter
- Must possess initiative, energy, and drive.
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- Drill/Driver
- Sanders
- Hand Tools
- Spray Gun
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk for extended periods of time.
- Frequently required to use hands and fingers to handle, touch, pinch, or grasp.
- Sometimes required to sit.
- Frequently required to reach above shoulders.
- Infrequently required to climb or balance.
- Frequently required to stoop/kneel/crouch or crawl.
- Ability to talk and hear.
- Frequently required to lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally required to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Sometimes required to lift or move up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
