Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated technician to join our team for a 1st shift position. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing trusses and wall panels, identifying materials, measuring, and placing them for construction. The job involves bending, lifting, and moving materials around the site.
**Responsibilities**
+ Construct trusses and wall panels.
+ Identify materials required for construction.
+ Accurately measure and place materials.
+ Bend, lift, and move materials around the site.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with general labor and construction.
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures.
+ Ability to read and interpret tape measures.
+ General production experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Comfortable with standing, squatting, and lifting regularly.

The work environment is an indoors warehouse type, where you will be part of small groups of 3-4 people. The dress code is casual, and the hours are 1st shift: 5 am - 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with breaks from 9 am to 9:15 am and lunch from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
