JOB REQUIREMENTS: North Central Utility (NCU) is looking for a
self-motivated and results driven Transport Refrigeration Technician and
Trainer, to represent NCU in the semi-trailer service industry. North
Central Utility is one of the largest semi-trailer dealerships in the
nation and the largest in the North Central region with 10 locations
throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. We offer reefer, dry
van and flatbed trailers from Utility Trailer Manufacturing at all
locations and vocational trailers from MAC Trailers in Wisconsin - we
sell new and used semi-trailers. With Moore Space, we offer temporary
storage container solutions as well. Our parts department has an
extensive inventory in Heavy-Duty Truck/Tractor and Trailer parts. Our
broad product line and geographic coverage ensures we are a \"One Stop
Shop\" for truck and semi-trailer parts. Our service department offers
everything from routine maintenance, certified DOT inspections to
precision laser alignment, as well as complete wreck repair for trailers
of all makes and models. No job is too big or too small for our skilled
service technicians. As a Transport Refrigeration Technician and
Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical
training, offering expert troubleshooting assistance, and working
directly with other technicians and customers to ensure the continued
success of their refrigeration systems. This position is a safety
sensitive position, requiring pre-employment and post-accident drug

demeanor High energy Job Duties and Responsibilities: Diagnosing and
repairing refrigeration unit failures, including identifying leaks,
replacing parts and soldering refrigerant lines Understanding and
interpreting schematics to diagnose and repair refrigeration systems
Performing routine inspections, maintenance and service to ensure
optimal performance and efficiency of refrigeration units Replacing worn
or damaged components, such as compressors, condensers and evaporators
Provide technical training and support to field refrigeration
technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform
their duties effectively Develop and deliver training programs for new
hires and ongoing professional development Assist technicians with
troubleshooting and diagnosing refrigeration issues Collaborate with
internal teams and customers to improve operational efficiency and
customer satisfaction Travel within Wisconsin, Minnesota and North
Dakota will be required for customer visits and training purposes
Maintaining accurate records of services performed, parts used and
repair orders Providing excellent customer service during service calls
and interacting with clients Following all safety regulations and
procedures when working with refrigeration equipment Qualifications:
Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical systems and
mechanical principles Ability to communicate effectively with clients
and provide excellent customer service Driving Requirements: Driving is
