What You'll Do
Work to ensure all steel is manufactured toCMCspecifications and safely in a timely manner
Communicate with fellow workers and supervisors about possible production issues, concerns, and needs
Trouble shoots work related problems using job knowledge, experience, and by communicating with others (pulpit operator, process manager, maintenance personnel, etc)
Assist maintenance personnel when requested/needed
Leading effective crew meetings at start of shift. Include any safety, quality or production communications applicable.
Foster positive employee relations in order to attract, develop and retain high performance teams-focused on employee engagement, leadership development, performance alignment to CMC objectives, and change management for accountability.
Drive results with team members through accountability and performance feedback
What You'll Need
Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams
Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment strongly preferred
Work rotating shift which includes weekends and holidays
Your Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
