Concrete Carpenter $25-28 (in house) Job Description Join our innovative team as a Concrete Carpenter at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, specializing in precast concrete solutions. This role involves working with a variety of materials to create forms for concrete structures, contributing to the production of high-quality prefabricated building solutions. Responsibilities Construct wooden, steel, or composite forms for concrete pouring. Use hand and power tools to build and assemble forms. Work with precast concrete forms. Place rebar, lifting anchors, and other hardware into forms before concrete pouring. Read blueprints and technical drawings to build forms meeting exact specifications. Build molds for concrete panels, beams, and columns. Essential Skills Construction skills Framing and carpentry experience Form setting and building expertise Proficient in reading blueprints and using a tape measure Experience with rebar and concrete work 2 years experience in concrete carpentry Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience from manufacturing, construction, cabinet shop, or custom carpentry Must have experience working with blueprints Why Work Here? Work Environment The role is based in a 122,000 sq ft facility located on nearly 35 acres, operating Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. The team consists of six carpenters, with mentorship provided by a tenured carpenter. Work takes place indoors at a single location. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, Colorado. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
