Senior Project Manager - Water and Wastewater
Halff has an immediate opening for a Water and Wastewater Senior Project Manager in our growing Fayetteville, AR location. The successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing complex projects; ensuring projects remain on schedule and within appropriate timelines and allocated budget, while also leading technical staff and fostering valuable client relationships.
Required competencies:
6+ years of hands-on targeted experience providing support to Water/Wastewater Utility projects: Water/Wastewater treatment, pump stations, water storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlines
Adept in project planning, execution and closure, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing quality assurance to mitigate potential risk to ensure project success
Proven track record of demonstrated experience of prioritizing and managing projects ranging in complexity
Maintain ongoing communication to support clients and act as primary point of contact, managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal staff, ensuring every aspect of the project scope is aligned with standards and successful execution of the project plan
Facilitate communication and engagement with stakeholders, including client's, regulatory agencies and additional relevant parties
Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits
Desired competencies:
Water/Wastewater treatment experience, is a plus
Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater (or Water CAD, or Sewer CAD) is a plus
Educational requirements:
Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, preferably civil, biological, or environmental
Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or can obtain within 6 months
