Construction Manager

Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a GLOBALCAP Construction Manager II . This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and coordination of all construction or engineering personnel on the ground. Ensures the productivity and safety of all construction, engineering, or visiting personnel on the ground. Based OCONUS and works at the assigned construction site daily. Required Qualifications and Experience A bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Previous management experience as the senior-most or second most-senior person on the ground, as a Site Supervisor or Construction Manager. At least three (3) years of construction experience focusing on vertical construction, with at least two (2) years of experience managing OCONUS vertical construction projects in sub-Saharan Africa or other post-conflict countries. At least two (2) years of experience managing construction projects in sub-Saharan Africa or other post-conflict countries, with at least two projects valued at $1.5 million (or greater).
