We focus on residential renovations, additions and remodels. We are growing on the North Shore with an established client base in the greater Boston area. Due to the locations of our projects, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for all the positions. Lead Carpenter: the Lead Carpenter will oversee the day to day onsite production and help lead our onsite team. Lead Carpenter duties will include: - Managing and facilitating subcontractors - Directing junior carpenters - Acting as on-site client liaison - Material ordering - Collaborating on the build process with project manager - CSL preferred and bonus if you have knowledge of sustainable and/or advanced building techniques - Compensation: $35 - $40 an hour depending on experience.
