Urgently hiring 4 PCB Coating Operators in Milpitas. Paying $24/hr + differentials all shifts available! Job Description We are seeking a skilled PCB Coating Operator with a minimum of two years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. This role involves operating conformal coating equipment, organizing daily workloads to meet productivity goals, and ensuring the quality and reliability of coated boards. Responsibilities Operate conformal coating equipment efficiently. Organize daily workload to achieve productivity goals. Inspect coated boards and perform adjustments, touch-ups, and rework as necessary. Report any issues to leadership or upper management. Ensure compliance with ESD and safety protocols, including the use of protective gear. Perform basic daily maintenance on machines. Execute effective shift and job change-overs. Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with safety and 5S standards. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in the PCB manufacturing industry. Blueprint reading and machine operating skills. Understanding of coating and chemical handling. Experience in assembly and inspection processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Conformal coating experience is a plus. Prep and masking skills are a plus. Preferred experience in electronics manufacturing. Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Integrity in data management. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic chemical knowledge and machine operation skills.
