Your Mission
As a FAA Sr. Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of multi-year, multi-site national programs. You'll lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in fullpliance with FAA standards. Your leadership will drive quality, consistency, and innovation across every phasefrom design to turnover.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national FAA programs from planning through execution and closeout.
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensurepliance with NFPA 72, 101, and fire alarm system standards.
Resolve construction disputes and scope changes with professionalism.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and report on key performance indicators.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years in AE or Design-Build project management.
5+ years in large-scale construction programs.
3+ years of experience in Fire Alarm, BMS, or Security systems.
Familiarity with NFPA 72, 101, and fire alarm systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMI certification.
Certifications in XLS140XLS3000 Fire Detection Systems.
Xtralis Vesda accreditation.
NICET III or higher.
