As a Project Coordinator and Observer, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client's ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located primarily in a field LOCATION, with occasional office time, depending on the specific client, project and team needs. Key Responsibilities Monitor and Document project construction progress in daily logs Attend construction coordination meetings representing CDWM Coordinate the work with the existing operations at the Southwest Pumping Station Site and the Durkin Park Site Review following example project documents on behalf of DWM that are submitted by GPWC project representatives and communicate input from CDWM and other relevant PMO staff. + Shop drawings + Pay requests + Certified payrolls and payroll summary reports + RFI's from Contractors + Insurance and bonding forms + Payment and Performance Bonds + MBE/WBE Utilization Reports + Project schedules for all Project Elements + Contractor and Manufacturer's warranties + Change orders as requested by the party holding the contract Notify the GPWC Resident Engineer and CDWMPMO staff about items of work with respect to project elements that do not conform with the established construction contract documents, including but not limited to compliance with safety standards and construction defects Required Qualifications + BS in Civil Engineering + Minimum of 7 years of relevant project experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms + Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications + Licensed PE Benefits + We offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans + 401K, Paid Maternity Leave, Competitive PTO + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and more Ardmore Roderick is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
