What You Bring Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Good written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Manage and perform field survey crew day-to-day operations with a primary focus on construction layout and as-builts. Maintain schedule and budget requirements of assigned tasks. Ensure accuracy and quality of survey data. Collaborate with project managers and engineers. Qualifications 5+ years of field surveying experience High school diploma or equivalent Trimble robotic total station and Trimble GPS experience is preferred Requires basic math skills Ability to work as a one-person survey crew or manage a small crew A valid driver's license is required Willingness to work overtime as needed Software skills required in Microsoft Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Word.
