Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofer with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, slate, and shingle roofing systems. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has previously led crews as a roofing foreman and is passionate about mentoring others while continuing to grow within their own career.

Key Responsibilities

Perform expert-level installation, repair, and maintenance on EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, slate, and shingle roofing systems.

Lead by example on job sites and uphold the highest standards of safety and craftsmanship.

Support the training and development of apprentices and new hires, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.

Collaborate closely with site supervisors, project managers, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.

Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in commercial roofing.

Proficient with membrane, slate, asphalt, and shingle roofing systems.

Prior experience as a roofing foreman or lead installer is strongly preferred.

Willingness to mentor and train junior staff or apprentices.

Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a mission-oriented mindset.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
